Job Summary

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for providing superior administrative and customer support for the Service Center.  This position interacts daily with customers and Service Professionals, Service Center Manager, Office Manager and Customer Care Department team on customer accounts.  The role includes daily follow-up with customers and account management.  


Job Function and Responsibilities

Outbound route scheduling

Answer multi-line telephone

Schedule all incoming service requests

Respond to and disperse answering service messages

Manage customer correspondence via mail and email

Point of contact for general customer service

Specializes in customer resolution

Responds to web questions and calls

Maintain and update customer account information

Responsible for daily tickets and appointment management


Required Qualifications and Experience

Ability to execute high number of outbound calls

Responds to heavy phone volume effectively and efficiently

Excellent computer skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Well organized

Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as with a team

Ability to use, read, follow and understand Nader's Pest Raiders Software and Instruction Manuals on a daily basis

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to work 40 hours/week

Ability to pass Drug and Background Screening
